We all know how a couple of glasses of wine or a couple of pints with friends can easily take you over the limit to drive home. However, if a couple of drinks turn into a few drinks not many people realise the reality that alcohol can still be in your system the morning after.

If you drank 4 pints or 3 large glasses of wine during a night out it could take as long as 12 hours for the alcohol to leave your system*. If you stopped drinking at midnight you could still be over the drink drive limit at 10am.

The AlcoSense™ breathalyser will quickly and accurately tell you your level of intoxication and is set to warn you when you are near or over the UK drink drive limit, meaning that you instantly know if you are OK to drive or not.

Easy to Use
The AlcoSense™ Breathalyser has been designed to be as easy as possible to use and designed to fit in the palm of your hand. To activate the breathalyser all you do is slide the AlcoSense™ open. Once open it prepares the sensor and the screen will show a count down from 19 to 0, then it will display Blow. When it says blow, blow through the tube for approximately 5 seconds until it beeps.

You Can't Get it Wrong!
The AlcoSense's revolutionary design features in built air flow sensors meaning that you can't blow too hard or too softly which could distort the result of the breath test. If you blow too hard or too softly the system displays Error on the screen and allows you to re-take the test. All you need to do is keep blowing through the AlcoSense™ for about 5 seconds until it beeps to tell you to stop.

Easy to Understand
The AlcoSense™ unit shows your level of intoxication in either mg/l (micro-grams per litre of blood) or ‰ BAC (percent of blood alcohol content) and shows your reading in increments of 0.01. Please see the screen shots below.

Simply turn the unit and on allow 10 seconds for it set...then hold the unit near your mouth or nose and exhale over the sensor (no need to touch the unit with lips) The unit will then calculate the amount of alcohol in your breath.
