Rimwax offers carnauba wax protection

Rimwax is carnauba wax based, Carnauba wax is one of the hardest forms of natural wax, (found in good car care products) Rimwax like all Smartwax products uses White carnauba wax which is the purest, which offers deep shine and good protection. This accelerates water run off, which helps keep the wheels clean.

Carnauba wax is normally hard to apply and remove, Rimwax is easy to apply and remove, which reduces effort required and saves time.

Rimwax can be applied to a wet surface, so it is not essential that the surface is completely dry after washing, it can also be applied in direct sunlight, left in the sun all day and still be removed easily, meaning you don’t have to wait for “windows of opportunity” to apply!

Rimwax is non abrasive, so it will not damage the surface it is applied to.
Rimwax will help protect the surface from harmful UV light, which will help prolong the life of the wheel. Protecting the investment.

Rimwax will withstand high temperatures created by the wheels, brakes etc, without “yellowing” or breaking down, which means a coating of rimwax will last a long time. (Depending on road conditions and mileage etc).

Rimwax will deflect brake dust and reduce build up by up to 75%, which helps keep the wheels looking good for longer, the remaining 25% washes off with little effort, making keeping the appearance of the wheels easy. The long term effects of brake dust penetrating a wheels surface can cause serious damage and cost a lot to repair and will have a negative effect on the appearance of the wheels.

Rimwax will remove minor swirls, although it is non abrasive, the formula will fill, and remove the swirls, giving the wheels an excellent finish and unbeatable shine.
