Returns

We always strive to source and supply the best products and brands available. 

However if you want to return any or all of your order please do so within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Please include a copy of the invoice so we can identify your order when it arrives back with us.

Please note returns can only be accepted for a refund if the item/s are unused and unopened. We also do not refund return postage. We also recommend returning by a tracked service.

If any part of your order is wrong, damaged or faulty please contact us first before returning, we are more than happy to assist in rectifying the problem. 

Please note your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.
